Nothing......but could gain everything .....maybe you need more help than coming here to just post a number .... You need to find a way past your danger zones .....

Aww Sweetheart ..... So lovely to hear all is going to plan ,and Mother and babe are doing very well.... I agree....In these horrible sad times ....it's refreshing to have something wonderful to look forward too... This is very exciting......Thank you for our update .... Well done ...for changing your ticker ....it's all about being honest with yourself .... What have you learnt AK ...so that this quit will be different ? Are you reading and watching the help here ?...... It's all about understanding this addiction ....and it might explain why you keep failing ... The first step is .....You have to want to quit in the first place ....

High five .... Six weeks is a huge achievement.....I hope in these hard times to find a way of rewarding yourself .... You should be noticing alot of changes now ...smell and taste ....skin starting to look brighter ... It only gets better ....
