  4. Welcome aboard Old Man...though to me your a yougen...... Congratulations on your great quit ...and taking your life back .... It's hard work being a closer smoker ...far easier to quit .... We have a daily pledge ...it's a promise to yourself you won't smoke for the next 24 hours ... We all stayed smoke free one day at a time .... We are a friendly bunch ,who support each other,And have fun along the way ...it helps pass the day's. Read all you can here ,so much information on the main board ,and Joel's videos which cover all of your questions ...you can do it ..

  6. Definitely not going crazy ....what your experiencing is normal .... Your body has been fed poisons for years ...it has to adjust ,which it will in time ...every day is a step nearer . My sleeping pattern was all over the place ..coming here 24 hrs a day some days . I also had a punching pillow .I beat the crap out of it ... We say take it one day at a time...because every day is different... Our brains are out worst enemies sometimes ... Come here to scream and vent ....most of us have been there ...

  13. I hate to be nit-picky, but if I'm gonna commit to chasing PR's, that's gonna involve me turning into one of those unbearable gym bro types that everybody agrees is a pain in the ass. A pain in the ass.....never !!!!

I thought I would have to come over there and give you a good whack with my frying pan .. Filling your clean lungs with loads of tar , and nicotine will not make winter go away any quicker ... Stay close to the board a while ,if it will help ....
  21. Fight that monster ...you are stronger than him...he,s only a thought ... Change your thought ...do something nice ..go have a nice soak ..light some candles .. Try some Qi Gong....follow it on you tube ... So relaxing ...I swear by it and try and do some gentle stuff every day ... Turn negative thoughts into positive ones ...
