This is Junkie thing Micheal.... You only have to ask yourself one question .... Do I want to be Smoker for the rest of my life ..... Something's is always going to pop up ..... Excuses ....you can find them everywhere .... Maybe you should have some time behind you ,before you go where smoking and drinking is allowed .. On a Rare Sunny Day in England ...I decided to do some gardening ..... I could hear the guy neighbour nearby ...Hacking ,Coughing ...that horrible Smokers Cough ..... Now I know this guy is still in his thirties....but sounded like a old man ... It made me reflect how happy I am .....not to have to smoke anymore because I am a addict ... Freedom is so good ...

Don't set your self up for failure ...turn all negative thoughts into positive ones ... Put your whole self in ....That old Hokey Cokey song ...being half hearted is no good ... I'm sure your well aware of the dangers of chewing tobacco.....it's only a matter of time ... Stick close ...come here kicking screaming ,complaining ....we heard it all.... Buckle up ...Take the daily pledge ..NOCE....Not one chew ever .... Try reading Allen Carr the easy way to stop smoking ....this guy has helped millions kick the addiction ... Many here too...just change the word smoke for chew...same principle.... Down load it for free.. You can do it ...

Welcome aboard .... Have you read Alan Carr the Easy Way ....to stop smoking ....this great book has helped millions to quit .. Alot of us included .... There is only one way to stop smoking ...and that never light another one ... Stick around here ....you will find lots of information to help you along .... I Quit with the ...Threat of having your two feet amputated method ....this is definitely not recommended...Best Quit way before you get to that stage ... Believe in yourself ...Can I book a table ..???...
