I try to eat healthy ... But just lately ,I think my neighbours think I need comfort food...I think they are feeding a army ... I have to be polite ...oh !!!! that's a big dinner for my little tum ... You don't have to worry I eat ....but still the dockers size dinners still keep coming ..

I carnt imagine what your going through ... You have had good advice from the lovely people who have been in your shoes ... I will send positive vibes ....and a hug x

Aww how nice ,to wake up to all your posts ... How that first year passes ever so slow....and now another year flashes by....it's hard to believe it's 6 yrs... I've had the time of my life here...I've met the most wonderful People ... Some make me cry ...some make me laugh so hard...some have become a part of my life ,J carnt imagine them not being there... For those who know me ...This year has been a toughy...my life has took a very different direction ... Your support and friendship has given me the strength to carry on ... I want to add ...Through all this bad time ...I never once thought of having a cigarette....it never crossed my mind ... Newbies .....if you fight for the freedom you want ....The magic will happen .... Thank you Quit Train ....for Everything ......

So right ....the important thing ,is saving your life ...from this horrible addiction... Yes ok ...i have a frying pan ...but I've yet to use it .... This board has saved countless of lives....what's more important than yours.... Just jump back on..your seats still here...

Aww Sweetheart . All I can do is offer a hug .... Life throws us some crap curve balls for sure ....all I can add is .... Smoking wouldn't have changed a dam thing ...so kudos to you for staying strong ... Coming here and getting it all out is the best thing ...don't bottle up ... Linda is right ..quitting smoking alone sends our emotions through the roof ...this is temporary....
