Education is the way forward I think ,but at a much earlier age .the earlier the better ...kids are more grown up these days than what I was .. Introduce addictions and the dangers early...they can make it fun ,it doesn't have to be heavy .. Like learning them the ...Don't talk to strangers ..because it's dangerous.....

Keeping hold of my two plates of meat ( feet )....is my motivation....cigs or feet ...the choice is simple really. Diane...deep down every smoker on the planet wishes they could quit ,whether they admit it or not ... You are a good role model for your Hubby...when he see,s you have succeeded....who knows what miracles happen .

I agree ...it's amazing how much more energy you get ,when you stop smoking .. You've turned your life around ...I'm so happy for you ...but you know ... You need your stamina to keep the two ladies in your life happy ...
