Once you have it firmly in place ....it's just a roll of poison that is killing you very slowly ... You may find it easier .... Take smoking off the table ....no matter what ..... Stay close to the board ...it does help .....and yes post SOS if you need us...

Welcome aboard... I am sorry for your losses..... Quitting is the one best gift you can give yourself....your life back ... Please read all you can here ,there is so much great information....great video's to watch ... Knowledge is power .... Quitting with friends makes it so much easier ...we have all been where you are ... We all took the pledge ...to Never Take Another Puff....
