You have let nobody down Linda....it's the opposite...you have fought for your Quit !!! The only way you would let us down would be if you Smoke .... And I'm sure that's not going to happen

Deep down you want to save your precious quit ....well done for reaching out .... Ask your self ...would smoking alter anything ???? You will still have to face what was happening with a cigerette in your hand ... It's that old saying ..my friend the cigerette...gets me through the crap.... Lies all of it ....you deal with the curve balls of life much stronger when your not going through Nicotine withdrawal... Stay strong Linda ....it's the only way forward ...

Newbies .... If you haven't watched these....I strongly suggest you take the time to see them . They changed my total outlook of cigerette,s...... Talk about a wake up call...Watching these documentaries made me hate smoking .... I wish I had seen them much earlier in my 52 year Smoking Career.... These and the support here ...helped me out smoking behind me ..... Hoping it does the same for you ....!!
