  20. I agree....try and stay away from people who go out for a smoke ,until you feel stronger ... Driving ...chew regular Gum ....one day you,ll realize you haven't thought of smoking at all... It will become the normal... Walking ....good deep breaths ....take in that fresh air .... One day at a time AK....this is how we all did it !!! Have peep on your Celebrations Thread .....it will give you a lift !!!!!
