Please watch the 3 documentaries we have ..... This was my eye opener ...it made me angry ...and my light bulb moment ... It explains how there is a board room full of people coming up with new ways to keep the poor smoker Hooked ...no wonder we find it hard to quit .... Knowledge you fight the Demon with Knowledge ....The cutting down method..... Why put yourself through all that torture ... Clock watching all day ....just waiting for the clock to tick over to that magic time for when you can smoke again.. This is junkie thinking ... I have bumped a thread about this on the Main Board for you to read ...BumpThat's his problem to worry about Sweetheart....😠1 Where did the goat come from ???...........gutted !!!!!
