  1. I'm a bit fluffier than I was before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Time to get back to eating clean More to love !!!!

  3. Try having some quiet time ....a nice long soak in the bath ....Qi Gong ....These two things were my Happy Place ..

  7. Get a punching pillow....it worked for me ... I did a face in felt tip pen ....not saying who....but .. I loved seeing it fly through the air ... Yes ....and the Curse it Thread in the basement here ...
