  4. Of course I can only speak for myself .... I'm 7 years smoke free..after Puffing my way over 5 Decades..... Do I crave a Cig.....Never ..... Do I think of them ..yes often ....because I'm here ...helping you peeps.... Thinking is not a crave ....I have lots of thoughts about tons of stuff a day ... Read all old posts here ....they have some interesting points .... Did you read Mac ...he's almost 10 months and all ready not craving .... Judi ...I promise you .....no way will you crave the rest of your life ....one day you will suddenly love your quit .
  5. About 10 years ago I had my longest period of not smoking while using Chantix. 17 weeks. It wasn't my sticky quit Let's make this your sticky Quit this time .... Never stick anything in your mouth and set fire to it .!!!!!

  12. I had to Quit to because I was told by my Dr ,I was about to have my feet amputated..... Smoking effects every part of your body .... Just take it one day at a time ...one minute if you have too....we can promise you ... It really does get better ...one day you will get up ,and all you will want it to fight for your quit ... It becomes very precious ....that's after me smoking 52 years ....

  16. We fed our bodies toxins, poisons for Decades....it got used to feeling and coping a certain way ... It has to get used to coping without it now ....it just takes time .... Be patient with yourself....be kind to yourself ..... Don't ever forget what you are achieving is .....Flippin Amazin....

  24. Your sleep pattern will eventually come back Linda ...mine was disturbed too ,but just think you will only have to go through this once ...if you don't smoke . Some times friendships change ....maybe they have lost thier smoking partner ...
