I'm thinking you really want this Quit ....because those cigs are no smoked ...they are lying frozen in the freezer ....the best thing you can do for yourself is flush them down the toilet ... Your a Nicotine addict ...secretly your brain is aware they are there ... Your no more addicted to all the other folks here who have and are still travelling on the Train .... Romancing the smoke ...forgotten how much you hated being a smoker ..I know you hated it ,because your her... we have the SOS ,so folks can ask for help ,I've seen this save so many quits ...it works if you come here first ,before you buy or smoke cigarettes... It doesn't matter how often you use it ... Go back to basics ...read ,refresh ,.... I've yet to meet a happy Relapser....you would be so disappointed....

  9. Sorry I'm late Linda ...wrong side of the pond ... By coming here and screaming and shouted ,deep down your quit is important,and you do t want to lose it .. You did right ...tomorrow will hopefully be entirely different ....our emotions at the early stage are all over the place .. Your fighting ....and winning ...one day you will look back and be so thankful you did ... Stay strong ...do anything ..just don't smoke ... I was told ...It's ok to Wobble ...just don't fall Over ....great words ...

  13. An Oreo Blast is just a vanilla milkshake with Oreo cookie bits blended in. Super sweet and soooo good! I always get the whipped cream and on top too! Yums!!! Whaha....I thought it was air conditioning....Ooops

  21. Emphysema..... It's not only Cancer ...I watched my Hubby suffer with this illness for well over 15 years ... Slowly taking away his life ... He died 2 years ago ..spending his last year's on oxygen and in a wheel chair ... Needing carer,s to help me tend to his needs ... KTQ.

  23. Thank you for sharing Christian... I saw my friend ask for a cigerette a couple of hours before she passed away .... Pancreatic Cancer brought on by Smoking .. It was the saddest thing to watch .... I too thought I would probably die a smoker ....having tried and failed to quit too many times to count ... I count my blessings every day ...I found Freedom and I will die a free woman ..
