Aww Thank You Peeps.... If I have helped one person quit smoking and made them a healthier happy person ...my job here would be done .. I have had a blast being here ...laughing my way through my own quit .... Yes there have been sad times along the way .... But I made it with your help and support .... Thank you Quit Train.... I am living my dream.....finally being smoke free.... Even after 9 years the pride is still there ....Yes !!!!.....I've done it .... At the beginning your counting every minute ...now the years are just Whizzing past ... I couldn't have done this alone ...finding this wonderful bunch of people changed my life forever ... Making some wonderful friends ,I know will stay in my heart ... This place is magic ....

One day in the near future FM....your food will be number 1 in your thoughts not cigarettes... Quitting smoking is more important just now ...your doing great ..

The bonfire is blazing for you to throw on all your cigarettes not smoked since your quit ... I Throw on my 65,635 in memory of my hubby and all the good folk who have been taken far too early because of this horrible killer addiction ...

A new month ....time to see who still on the Train ... Yes ..The Horney Toad is still here !!!!

Wow !!!!.....Four years already .... Huge Congratulations....Reward yourself well.... I agree it would be great to see you here ,and tell us how your getting along .... I Raise a glass to you Sweetheart.

Grrrr. Those smoking dreams ,they play with your head .... What a relief when you realise it was a dream and not reality ... It shook you up ...because they are so vivid ...they stay in your memory for a while .... This just shows how much your precious quit means to you Yoda...

You fought so hard for your quit ....you can fight again ... Your stronger than the Nico monster ...back to basics Sweetie ... One minute at a time if you have too... Don't be hard on yourself ...you sat right back down in your seat on the Train .... That takes determination....you should feel proud .... Stay close to the board ...post away ...we will help you along the track .
