Patience ..we have to undo decades of feeding many brain altering chemicals .. From the minute you put down that last cigerette ,you are a none smoker.. Feel Proud and excited,a new life is waiting .. Life is so much better without that Feeling of where and when is my next fix ..🐸

The monster is trying to lure you back ..it knows its dying .. You fight it ,your stronger than him . Chew sugar free gum ..it will keep you busy ..it really helped me .. Keep going ..
