  1. Sunshine try and find says to relax ...Deep breathing exercises.... I found Qi Gong ....I swear by it ,and still practice it today ....check it out on YouTube .... Also I danced around with my music very high in my iPod ....it got me through in the beginning ...

  14. You've been fighting this desire to quit and then return to smoking for a long time now. Please believe it is worth it to commit to not smoking and the start is to commit to not taking another puff, even if you commit to it one minute, hour, day at a time. You can do this, Kdad. Great advice ....we all believe in you ....you have to start believing in yourself ...

You can do it ..All you need to do is Make that promise to yourself to never Smoke another cigarette ..Ever.   25. Hi Kdad... You have been given good advice ... Go back and read all the info again ....it seems you are still romancing the cig .... We can give you all the help you want ...but only you can quit for you .... You have to make a choice whether you want to quit or not ... This is your health ,your life ,your fighting for .... Make the choice never to smoke again ...no matter what ....it does get easier as you go on ... Some things are worth fighting for ...let's do this !!!!
