Have you read Allen Carr the easy way to stop smoking ???? I bought the complete Allen Carr clinic session ..5 cd,s and listened to them a couple of times ... Much cheaper ... You are looking to lay alot of your hard earned cash looking for a way to quit easier .... There is no other way than to stop smoking ...stop putting things in your mouth and set fire to it ... All the answers you are looking for are here..... We have preparation ....we try and get your mind in the right place ....and you have the support to succeed Even if you go through this clinic...you still have to say NO to your boss.... There is never a too early time to rid yourself of taking in hundreds of poison,s every day .. I'm thinking Quitting smoking does wonders for your self esteem .... That huge sense of pride ....A massive achievement......... I still feel it today .... Up and onwards Kel....quitting is the best thing you can do for yourself ....

Thought I would bump this .... Remember ..you are giving up NOTHING....it's a addiction ...like any other addiction .... You don't smoke for pleasure ..you smoke because you have too... That little NICO monster comes calling ..every half hour or so .... You have to fight him...every time you stay strong ...he dies a little

While i slept the beautiful chicks gave a slap....I'm happy

Aww Kdad .... You remind me of that little Hampster who carnt get off the wheel going round and around ... It painful to watch ... Ok ...Firstly ....Where was the SOS ???......if you don't give the members here a chance to help you Before you smoke....we carnt do anything after the fact ..... Why have you got ciggerette,s at close hand ....lighters ect......free yourself of all these things... There is NO slip....it's a conscious decision to throw your precious Quit down the toilet.... We all want you to succeed ...to support....and get you to Freedom .... But you have to want to be there ...you have to fight ...
