Your doing Great …Keep feeling proud , because what your achieving is flippin amazing balls , Be kind to yourself this is a journey … your journey and it takes as long as it takes , 2 weeks , wow that’s a very early Quit , You are still very early in your Quit , this is why we always say take the year pledge , it’s only then , you are on your way for sure , You smoked for decades , your body has a lot of healing to do Don’t worry about where you are , your right where your supposed to be to be Your already a fabulous non smoker .. All you have to do is hold on to that

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
