Nellie I found changing routines worked best for me , if I used to have coffee with breakfast I changed it to fresh orange Getting up right away to do dishes, so I would keep busy Read all the green pinned posts on the Main Smoking Board , there is loads of great information and tips to keep you going We are all with you 🐸
