@stzr500 Be kind to yourself … what your achieving is what every smoker deep down wants Your body is going through some major changes, it’s confused , it’s used to having poisons put in so many times a day . My sleep was messed up bad too , the only thing I can promise you is , it will get better Change all the negatives into positives Your healing 🐸

Anything to try and encourage young kids not to start smoking can only be a good step forward I was only 11 years old , and I found a way All the rules go out of the window when you want to do something your not allowed too . We can only wait and hope 🐸
