TEW.... My anger was a biggy for me too...my whole personality changed...I knew this wasn't me.... I listened ..and still do listen to my I pod...music in my ears...singing aloud...it really did,and still does calm me down... Plus I found g gong.....it's not yoga....it's all slow and relaxing...check it out....it's amazing.... I know it's all you here we say ....it will pass..... We say it because it really does....slowly....things will get back to normal.... Actually....it gets better ....it's the nicotine that keeps us highly strung.... Keep telling yourself...it will pass.... Hugs xxx

Today I love....meeting a friend for lunch ...and not having to excuse myself while I go outside to have my fix... And come back...smelling of stale smoke...yuk....

Well... you know how long it took me to quit......52 years....please don't let this be you....

Where,s the loser ? All I see is a fabulous non smoker having a wobble.... It's always sad when we see a comrade fall....and it shakes us up.... You my sweetheart are just having normal feelings.... You know ...just like me....we carnt have just one....it doesn't exist..... Stay strong....throwing away your quit ...no way....you guard it like your piggies.... Wow....I'm filling up here....emotional..... I find it hard to believe I have been by your sides for two years.... I never forget the desperate person who joined a support group,hoping they could help me along.... Getting rid of a 52 year addiction...seemed impossible... I didn't just get support....I found folks who cared .... I'm still grateful for all your support ...not only for me ...but for tony too.... I thank you all....from my heart.... You guys are the best.... And I love each and everyone here.... Doreen....xxxxxxx
