Boy....did I feel lost..... I felt like someone had stole my dummy,that I had been sucking on for 52 years.... Some days I did just amble about screaming n.o.p.e..... The only time I get agitated now.....is when I think of how long this numpty took to quit.... I'm lovin the new smoke me.......

First thing of a morning,cig and coffee went together before I opened both eyes..... When I quit,I knew I had to change routine..... I open my eyes now to a lovely fresh glass of pure orange juice.....mmmmmm What your feeling is normal jay......

Aww susana, Re-read all the info about this horrible addiction...... Understand why it keeps folks hooked..... You are curing yourself of a poison ,that is killing you slowly...... See smoking for what it really is......it's not a pleasure,it's a curse.... You know you would hate yourself and wish you had kept your great quit.... Hi sweetie, I know and understand this is not the same situation,but I want to tell you.... I smoked 52years,have heaps of failed quits behind me.... On this last attemp,folks who knew me where so negative....right another go...see how long this lasts etc.... Well I've done it....I know I won't smoke again...... The self as teem it has given me ...unbelievable.....I proved them all wrong...... Nothing gives me more satisfaction,showing the world....yes I went and did it..... It's such a feel good factor...... Go show em..... Hugs
