Great post yoda... The Tabacco Companies go to great lengths to make sure the poor smoker stays hooked. They have managed to get away with Mass Murder !!!

Remember B Smoking is OFF the table even if your arse is on fire .. Even non smokers have arguments. And have to deal with it ,without a crutch .. Once you have made up with your hubby ,you will be so glad you kept your precious quit .. Buy some wool ,and knit a scarf .. It will help keep you grounded ..

Welcome back Darcy.. You can do it ,you just need to have the desire to be free .. You sound like your doing the Hokey Kokey ,half in and half out ..just like all my of my past failures You need to put your whole self in . .. Make that promise ,and never smoke again ..no matter what .. Have you read the 3 documentries here ..it was a light bulb moment for me . Seeing how hard the Tabacco companies work to make sure we stay hooked ,i promised tbey wouldnt get another penny of my money .. Upwards and onwards !!
