  4. Welcome aboard, Layla! Read, read and read some more here....then take a look at some of the videos. There is a lot of knowledge here and it is good to go over it as it will be helpful with your quit. My motto when I first quit.....one day at a time! Deep breathing and drinking water was also key for me.

    Two Storms

    Stay safe, @Sazerac! We are still dealing with the aftermath of TS Isaias up here on the NE coast...can't imagine having to deal with 2 storms at same time!!!

  11. Getting ready for bed now....up early tomorrow a.m. and heading out to Montauk Point w the boyfriend to do some hiking!
  12. I have the blue background theme - and I see the re-promote link. I am using my home pc. I clicked on re-promote and on the "Promote" screen that appeared I changed the verbiage a little but I didn't have the option to pick a date or time before I submitted it?
  13. I was deadheading a rhododendron tonight w/o gloves on and what I thought was a dried up brownish flower was actually a wasp! Ooh...got stung on 2 fingers...the wasp wasn't happy and neither was I.
