  1. Uh, me too. I got cleaning to do. Have fun! -8
  2. True... But good at figuring out what to keep and what to throw away
  3. Let the games begin! -8
  4. -8 hey Joe! Happy post-turkey day
  5. Sorry you're going through all this, Jb but you can rest assured that your recovery will go quicker and more smoothly now that you're not smoking. You're giving your body the best chance to heal.
  6. Welcome back Jules. You've learned a valuable lesson that there is no compromising with NOPE. Wish you success with your quit. It's all on you... But the good news is, you can definitely do this.
  7. Congratulations Rowly! What an admirable quit.
  8. Yes, nicotine is a stimulant, so it's quite normal to be more tired when you first quit. It's also why I'm sleeping SO well now that there's none of that poison in my system and really appreciating that gift of the quit. The fatigue will resolve after a time- for me it wasn't long at all (about a week or two) but everyone's different.
  9. Have a great holiday, everyone! All of us here have a common thing to be thankful for. I'm grateful to all of your for helping me with my quit. It's way up there on my gratitude list
  10. Good post, Pumpkin. It's always interesting and encouraging to notice how we've changed for the better over the course of our quit.
  11. Congratulations Jayhawk! Excellent work. KTQ!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
