  10. Whew... 3 classes today: 45 minutes kickboxing, 45 minutes spinning, 1 hour barre. Killer but good
  11. Great job, Lisa! Snowshoeing must be quite a workout... Never tried it i did my 30 minutes on the elliptical. Increased resistance but still made 3.2 miles
