  5. Yes, that's a good one... And I know I'm healing because the thought of never having another cigarette used to stir up lots of internal conflict for me and at times, sheer panic! Now, I just read that and I said to myself, "Yep, that's right." No bad feelings... Just peace
  6. Whew... 3 classes today: 45 minutes kickboxing, 45 minutes spinning, 1 hour barre. Killer but good
  7. Great job, Lisa! Snowshoeing must be quite a workout... Never tried it i did my 30 minutes on the elliptical. Increased resistance but still made 3.2 miles

  10. Sorry about the car, T2B, but glad you're ok! Good for you to do whatever is best for you to keep your quit! I'm sorry not to see you as much but understand you are following your intuition and best path to maintaining your quit.
  11. 1/2 hour elliptical this morning bumped up the resistance, burned more calories.
