  1. Sheesh, I know I'm late to the party, but this is what I find?!? OK, RECI! Whatever.... I just hope this shot is from another day when you had several too many and that tonight you are being feted in the style you deserve. I am soooooooooooo happy for you to be celebrating this first of many anniversaries as a free man. You've been such a wonderful support to me personally on my own journey and a HUGE part of what makes this board the friendly, low-key, no nonsense place that it is. I want to thank you for all you've done for me. I hope you are very happy as you deserve to be on this special day and every day. Reciprocity goes both ways, buddy so I hope you're getting the most out of what's bouncing back to you.

  4. Thanks for that, Jenny. I can see myself so much further along on that path from hopeless to hopeful. Everyone's timeline and points of "interest" on this journey are different but the destination is the same.
  5. 1 hr 10 minutes dance aerobics this morning. Abs and shoulders are sore from barre but I needed the core work and stretching. I think yesterday's classes will be my new Friday routine. Starting 2 weeks from yesterday. Gotta work in the city next weekend.
  6. Yes, you most definitely can- and you get consistently better at it with practice, like Reciprocity said.
  7. These sticks are awfully quiet about it. Cowering in a corner somewhere, are they?

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
