  1. Thanks for the reply. My jaw hurts from chewing gum, but I’m so glad I didn’t smoke! It’s been 5 days and I feel like I’m in a constant state of anxiety ? I just hope the feeling of something’s “missing “ subsides because it’s really stressing me out
  2. Everyone was smoking and vaping around me but I didn’t give in. But how do I get over how irritable and anxious I feel even after everyone is gone ?

  6. Still going strong! Especially after going to the doc yesterday and being diagnosed with bronchitis and pleurisy! I have a week of steroids and antibiotics ahead of me, and no way I’m going back to cigs after this bs.

  9. I just remember how badly quitting sucked the first time, lol. I know I can do it, just trying to remember how the hell I did it the first time ?
  10. I joined the group in June 2017. Quit smoking for a year. Started again, been smoking about a year.. ready to be done with this once and for all. ?
  11. I'm late, and terrible about keeping up but thank you everyone I love not being a smoker!
  12. Life is busy with work and an (almost) 17 month old toddler! Also, some days I forget I was ever a smoker. Lol. Monday will be one month.
  13. Yesterday (Monday) was my 3 weeks smoke free! woot woot!
