  16. Hi HM - I had this a few years ago - arms and legs. Had many hospital visits and had to keep a food diary although nothing was obviously causing it ... eventually the hospital discharged me with a list of things that could cause it ... the list was HUGE and on the back of the sheet was another HUGE list of things that could aggravate it. This went on for months with me trying different products ... I eventually realised it was worse when I had wine gums ... I THINK it was the orange/yellow food colourings (that was on the list) ... I stopped eating them and a few weeks later it stopped ... I'd never had a problem with them before but suddenly yeah, couldn't eat them ... so it could be something you've suddenly become intolerant too ... There are different types of antihistamine you can use - I think benadryl is cetirizine hydrochloride based which I find useless for the itches. Chlorphenamine based antihistamines work much better - can make you drowsy so I take them at night.
  17. Happy 19 months! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
