I really need to cut my sugar intake but I'm hoping to do it naturally - on my last 5 month quit my tastes changed and I found everything too sweet so I started reducing sugar in coffee for example. When I started smoking again my sugar intake went back to normal. I'm hoping I'll be able to start reducing again soon - at the moment my taste buds are being stubborn and refusing to play ball.
