  1. An SOS saved my quit on day 8! Now on day 15 and things are getting easier hour by hour, day by day, week by week.
  2. Rob - well done on doing 9 days! I was a bit lost when the other Board went down. Glad to be here!
  3. Pumpkin - how are you getting on? I quit a few hours after you here in the UK, so also 15 days in. Keep up the good work! I've come over from another message board, as there were problems with it, hence so many newbies to this site.
  4. Jacq - keep up the good work! Very proud of you! You're out of "Hell Week" and it only gets better from now on.

  8. Thanks for the welcome! I'm so glad I've found this site, as there are some familiar faces from QSMB that have helped me so much over the last 15 days, especially when I did an SOS after 8 days. Feeling good today!
  9. I'm sat very happily in First Class. I might just nip to the buffet to get some smoked salmon for lunch!
  10. You really are the ostrich!! You've had a couple of falls, but you can do this. Trust me, it gets easier! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjKd24UCPYY&spfreload=10

  14. Hi I've come to this site as I was on Quit Smoking Message Board and it's not working. So glad I've found this site! I quit on 18 April, so 15 days in!
  15. Hi Feely I'm so glad you're here! I've just signed up to this Board, as the QSMB isn't working.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
