That's very sweet Grace. .....but you know what they say about first instincts.
  5. Welcome Kellemae Glad you've made this life-changing decision. Best thing you could ever do. There will still be challenges along the way like exams, unsupportive boyfriends, temporary health issues. You must resolve that none of that is a reason to relapse. Smoking is no longer on the table no matter what. You can do it. The rewards of freedom and health are worth the effort. And one day, down the road, it will be pretty much effortless.

  20. Grace The first six months of my quit, I provided several friends with a script to bark out at me when I gave them the signal. "Quit being a pu$$y!" was one of the key lines they would yell at me when I was fighting off a strong craving. Brought a smile to my face when I read your advance SOS.-----> :D
  21. Congratulations H2N!!!!
  22. Congratulations Andy......double digits!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
