Good job Holly! Those junky thoughts creep up pretty frequently in the beginning. "Just one more then I'll REALLY quit." Keep referring to your notes and Carr to counter those bad thoughts with the good that's just now taking root.
  21. No better reason than for ourselves and the ones we love. Bravo Dee!
  22. nope! Glad to see you've taken the first step bernadette. 6/26/17 is a fine day not to smoke!
  23. Congratulations bernadette! Great decision....the best you could possibly make. There is so much power in pledging NOPE. Just one day, or minute, at a time. It all leads to a life of wonderful freedom!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
