  10. Congratulations!
  11. Congratulations!
  12. Congratulations Jayhawk! 3 months is fantastic.
  13. Congratulations IGT! Longest quit ever is something to be very proud of! Keep adding one more day to the record book!
  14. Hope Houston beats the Evil Empire tonight. After that, I don't care who wins the World Series. Go Patriots!
  15. NOPE saved my quit on many occasions. :) It's really the foundation of building a smoke free life. Hope to see more and more people take the daily pledge.
  16. Another benefit of quitting is that after a few months pass, your farts start smelling like roses. KTQ.
  17. Congratulations PT! 5 months is worthy of a massive celebration.
  18. Hi Mary and welcome. You've made the best decision for both you and your loved ones. Congratulations as you approach 2 weeks smoke free! That's a great accomplishment. You said it best: "No turning back now".
  19. Is that the same as ultrasonic cleaning? I had that done after quitting. They did it in quadrants (4 separate appointments)! You're well on your way to a happier, healthier life PT. Keep up the good work!
  20. Very good reason to party! Congrats Stewie.
  21. Congrats PS! 7 months is certainly a good reason to celebrate.
  22. I save over $5400/Yr. not smoking ($11.91 per pack!!!). I just bought new living room furniture this month. Last year I did a 2 week trip to Kauai. Those are some pretty nice perks....but the health benefits outweigh all of that.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
