  10. Mason, congratulations on your one year of freedom! Welcome to the Lido car! :)
  11. I bought these when I quit and I still have them in the house near the car litter boxes. I think they work http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/bad-air-sponge/1016266302?skuId=16266302&mcid=PS_googlepla_nonbrand_kitchenaccessories_&adpos=1o3&creative=43742633029&device=t&matchtype=&network=g&gclid=CKO9kPD3p8YCFdgNgQodeiYA3A
  12. I remember feeling like this, especially during breaks at work. Instead of just relaxing, I would be running outside to smoke . At other times I would be scheming about finding places to smoke or fitting one in during a meeting or an errand. Aside from the physical addiction, I think much of this is just changing the routine. I do agree with Babs that smoking is boring as I spent alot of time in dirty places smoking with people with whom I had nothing in common.
  13. Happy Birthday!

  16. Hi welcome! When I first quit, I was suprised to learn that certain things I thought would be hard were not. You will just need to see and give yourself time yo experience your life as a nonsmoker. Good luck and keep posting

  23. Hi Chrys, good to hear you are doing well! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
