  9. :) two years already??
  10. Hi. Try to do it just for a few hours at a time, especially in the beginning. When I would get a smoking urge, I would tell myself that maybe I would smoke later but not now, or not today. This helped me because forever was too long. I reminded myself that I could smoke if I wanted to at any time but now I had quit and I would ride the crave out. Then there is NOPE. Not one puff of a cig or an e cig so you do not reintroduce the nicotine.

  12. I'm not looking. yuck
  13. $1 blliion is endless. i would give some to my sister so she could also be super rich and do what she wants. I would buy a few homes in other places like NYC, France, Italy, Israel, the beach and travel between them . I would buy a nice boat. That is only the start. I am going to buy a ticket today

  15. Is it at your house? Make them go outside. I tried in the beginning to stay away from the smokers if I could. I suggest that when you look at them, don't think they are having something yummy and fun; they are not. I remember being at a bar early n my quit and there was a table of somers laughing and drinking. I envied them thinking they were having a good time and why couldn't I? Of course this was just romancing the smoking. I actually got on Facebook and whined a little and I few words from my friends helped. Like the Sarge said, I craved but I got through it.

  18. Hi Ria!!! I am happy to hear from you :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
