  5. Some times I miss the not caring, not thinking about my heath, and ingesting whatever I wanted with abandon, cigs, greasy food, cocktails, all sorts of other party favors, lying in the sun for hours sizzling. That part of my life must be over now if I want to live the rest of my life mobile, healthy, attractive.
  6. Good Sarah! It takes time to set new rituals. I was just thinking that I have not been outside in the back where the smokers go at work for a long time. I thought about this when I saw someone I used to talk to only when I was there smoking. In the beginning I used to feel bad that I was not out there with everyone. Now not only do I not care, but I forgot about it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
