  5. Isn't this the purpose of this forum? To help each other? I mean the cat stuff is fun but really we are here to help each other not to smoke. One is supposed to post an sos! :)
  6. Hi Juan, nice to see you back! :)
  7. Why are you being mean to yourself? You wanted to smoke alot but you didn't.
  8. I checked the other site too but do not see you anywhere? Listen, at times I want to smoke too but I don't because I no longer smoke.
  9. Por favor, mi amiga, no fumar ahora. Adonde estas?
  10. When I feel this, I do remember how it was before I lost weight and quit smoking. I did not look good, I wheezed, i slept all the time , There are trade offs.
  11. Yey ! :)
  12. I felt dizzy and sort of like I was melting and that I was missing a body part! :0. Good for you for quitting. :)
  13. Today as I drove home from the gym, I passed a Dennys that was packed. I imagined myself eating a big breakfast like waffles and a smoke after. I felt sad. I am not sure why I still think that people who do not watch their diet or who smoke are some how lucky, or more free, or having more fun. Being undisciplined is not more fun! I really don't know why I still have this type of envy. :(
  14. The gym: legs, chest, triceps, calfs and then elliptical.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
