  1. Where would you like to live instead? Would you be a kept woman for someone unappealing? What is the best season?
  2. Chest, back , shoulders, abs. Walked 30 minutes outside
  3. Joe, yey, congratulations! I am very happy to see your success. Good job!
  4. I think the dog guy is not real and is the cop's imagination. Not sure what the uniform shirts were on the trees. Very annoying
  5. Today while leaving work in a funk I saw two smokers and had the typical half thought that they were lucky to get to smoke and I do not. However, my following thought came unprompted, which was, look at them; they do not care about themselves. How sad. I thought about this board and how each of us is trying to better ourselves, to live a better life. For some members it is really hard but they struggle and struggle to succeed. I am very proud of all of you. It is so easy not to do anything, to let things ride, to ignore. Instead we as a group have chosen to be better. We spend time here reinforcing , stock piling strength, to be better. And we have succeeded.
  6. It is just another part of the forum where you post stuff. Personally this where I complain about the menopause
  7. Susana, feel free to visit my Mid Life Misery thread in the off the record section for complaining about mid life female stuff!
  8. Thanks Ladybug
  9. Comrade, how horrible ! Glad you are feeling better!

  15. Here is a lift up, back on the train, with a first class seat
  16. Currently I use the youtube videos at night when I get into bed. I also will use some you tube videos which are rainstorm sounds or chimes while I breath deeply.
  17. Do you have the love of your life? Can you sing or dance or paint well? Royalist or not?
  18. Yey! Another cat! Welcome. Cats automatically do well . :)
  19. Jackie, thank you for your honesty. You are a nonsmoker in your heart and physically again.
  20. Tracey, i guess it is not unusual to feel stress in your new surroundings and for this to trigger. All change is stressful, even wonderful change. I remember when you first quit and I think you were caring for another so you could not get out of the house when the cravings came. I think we discussed good meditation videos and you came through to the other side. DD, there were times at six and seven months when I bargained with myself alot, telling myself lies that I could be a social smoker. We are strong women. We are stronger than an evil product. We have worked hard jobs, raised a family, dealt with tragedies, celebrated joys. We have an endless supply of strength.
  21. By the way, your presence on this board helps me to stay quit. I need your help.
  22. Susana, no posting holiday. Post all the time about anything you want . You are not alone. You are not different than me. Ok, so you want a smoke now but you cannot have one, an urge is not a command. You know it is perfectly normal to have craves right now.
  23. Woooohoooo

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
