  1. Super cute
  2. This comes and goes. I think as time goes on, you hardly ever have the thought . For example, a friend of mine who has been quit for 20 years told me he thinks about smoking when having a cognac but never at any other time

  18. Feel bad for them; they are still addicted and you are free. One by one my friends quit until I was alone outside or with people looking addicted like me. Be the first to leave the party, not the last. One day you won't notice and you will just have friends who smoke and friends who don't. You will feel vaguely sorry for the smokers. You will no longer feel any connection based on being a smoker

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
