I say get a jiffy maid once a month to vaccum and clean the floors, oven, fridge, bathrooms. Here in miami we also have alot of "cantinas " which deliver home made dinners to the house. Not expensive and plentiful. Do you have this, maybe it would help you.

My friend you know the urges come and go, and sometimes they go on for days. But if you breathe through it and Nope it to death, do some exercises, eat, or whatever, you get through. So here you are, you did not smoke, and you are stonger for it. :)
