For me this was one of the early joys in my quit! I used to think that all scented candles did not really give off much scent and I wondered why people had them burning. After I quit I was in the grocery store and all of a sudden I could smell them from an aisle away. :) Ps Nippythedog is an excellent screen name

You are doing good. Yes it is a struggle but you are gaining strength. I used to picture the craving as a little nicotine monster inside and while it was disappearing it fought and screamed to get me to feed it. Each time I did not give in it faded just abit. I promise that younwill not feel like this forever.
