Great post. I would say you don't even have to want to. Just do it. I never want to go to work but I do. I never want to clean my bathroom but I do. Just never smoke again...and you are good. Yeah, it will suck (just like going to work or scrubbing the toliet does). Yeah, you will be very uncomfortable for a while. But anyone can do this...ex smokers aren't stronger than smokers. We aren't less addicted. We didn't discover some magical formula. We just, every day, didn't smoke anymore. That's it. If I can do this (a known wussy), you can do this...so do it.

today, just know that I REALLY mean it. Likes are so slow for me this morning that it is truly an investment of my time to hand them out...so yeah, feel special and stuff.
