Finding it hard to quit!!
Welcome Sumanth! So happy you have decided to quit at such a young age!!!!! I didn't switch a habit for a habit - I did better at looking at smoking as an addiction. Education about this addiction, mindset, commitment and joining a quit smoking forum were key in achieving my sticky quit. I encourage you to read, read, and read some more - there is a wealth of information here. Please post often, we all know what you are going through and will help in any way we can. Take it one day at a time....you can do it!!!!!

Just Completed Week 8!
2 MONTHS is fabulous!!! Be proud!!!! I think daily walks is a good idea. Maybe add some YouTube workouts a few times a week? I didn't worry too much about the added weight, I kept my quit as #1 priority. But that's me. Smoking dreams are pretty normal, I still have them now and then. You'll do okay without the patches, you're stronger than you think you are. After all you haven't smoked in 8 weeks!!🙂 Keep us posted! KTQ
