Thanks all. !!! It's been a good day. Manicure before work, great lunch! I ordered a coat hoping it would come today to celebrate and it came ! It's called coat of many colors, from the animal rescue site. I love! Breathing better and deeper everyday...

All of the above and much much more ! When I have more time I'll list all my " best " parts of quitting , there are so many !

Pretty happy! Many more good days than bad, and now most bad days are really only a few hours. Really going to be appreciative when the cold hits and I am not out in the freezing temps and wind and snow!! Happy! Just sayin'

Just a quick note to say, still here, still quit... good days, bad days but no smoking. I get here to read quick and get inspiration not much time to comment though... sorry

Ugi This last post was one that didnt get sent...oops Meanwhile .. just got home tonight... about 2 hours ago...trip was great for the most part. Didnt care for Arkansas roads! Saw alot of great sights, caves, meals, quiet times, people...ALL WITH NO SMOKING!! Actually waaayyyy better with no smoking! A great non smoking adventure! Was on here reading when i could, no cell service most places More to add tommorow....so tired..

Still good! Me and the pooch are sitting in the sun while hubby is having his smoke away from me and.... I ripped my patch off about 3 hours ago!

The benefits are truly amazing! We have been traveling since wedneday, hubby still smokes....and I still reaped so many rewards..

We are currently in the beautiful hills of southern Missouri and a beautiful campground . I woke up early and took the dog for a nice long walk , used to sit around and smoke cigarettes instead ! I'm loving this so much better

I am determined! Right now he is outside smoking. I am inside having ice cream!

Hubby and I...evening of day one of a vacation til Tuesday next week. Remember he still smokes....I am a new quit... We are traveling in our motorhome.....drove all day... And...We are golden..my craves are few....his smoking limited.. All good!

Great post! So much stress related to being a secret smoker...way way less stress not smoking! We never fooled anyone......what a sad state we were in....good to be out !

Yes....all of you....he has plans to quit in November and I believe he will. He has been an awesome supporter for me! He has cut way back already too! We are going on a week trip leaving wed. ... He may just quit then.... We will be driving a lot of miles and he won't be able to smoke and drive , he does not smoke around me
