I also love to listen to music, singing and dancing...I also like giving myself a treat. This week it was lotion from Bath and Bodyworks...I would never buy it when I was smoking because I thought it was too expensive...

Oh, Amy....don't you dare! I know you do not want to have to do this hard fought week over again! Go for a walk...give yourself a treat...but get away from that window! You are in the middle of heck week...and it is hard...but you can do this! And trust us, it will get better!

Oh, Rowly, so glad to hear that you are feeling better. For whatever reason, some people struggle around the 3 month mark...just put your head down and keep marching, and your little girl will never remember a smoking Daddy.
