  12. Hi, Tiff...sorry to hear it is a rough day. Is there some little treat you can give yourself? A walk outside or a candy bar? Anything to get your mind off smoking. You can do this...this is your forever quit!

  23. I am in awe of all of you...but I am proud that after at least 15 years of total slugdom...after 3 1/2 weeks I am walking 1.6 miles in 30 minutes on my treadmill!!
