Hi, Sarah! Of course you know enough to keep your quit...you know not to put something in your mouth and set it on fire. You know Not One Puff Ever. You know you are a puff away from a pack a day. My theory is that just like other things in life, some people are planners and feel they need a plan to be successful. I am like that...I like a plan for everything. Other people are more spontaneous, sounds like you are one of those people. Neither way is right or wrong...it is just how we are!

Oh, Rachael...this happens to me almost every time. So sorry they did not take time to explain. Please believe me, it is probably nothing. The health professionals are so used to it that they do not take the time to think about how they make us feel...and that we have no frame of reference to understand what they are saying. I am willing to bet it is a very simple procedure, and the result will be fine...that is how it has always worked out for me.
