  1. Oops, not PT. NOT smoking today. Almost four weeks!

  3. NOPE! Went to the gym yesterday for the second time since my quit. It is going to be a long slog, but I can already feel my lungs healing!
  4. NOPE! And I mean NOT ONE!
  5. NOPE! My lungs are cleaning out today. I'm going to give 'em a chance!
  6. Glad to still be here! My gosh, this morning, I can taste cigarettes as my lungs are cleaning out. Gross!
  7. Day TEN today! I made it to the gym yesterday for the first time since I relapsed almost three months ago. Not an impressive workout, but it's a start! Cravings still show up (like now), but I am A STRONG WOMAN, and I am not going back to that Demon stick!

  9. Not one puff ever. It's true: just one puff away from a pack and a half a day. I won't let that happen!

  11. NOPE NOPE NOPE! Even if the blinds installer shows up once again without all the parts. Even if the fence installation guy cancels and reschedules again. Even if hubby arrives late for the dog agility class. I'm drinking water and enjoying my cough drops. 'Cuz tomorrow I want to go to the gym. NOPE!

  13. Hey Doreen, I am still smoke-free! Doing a lot of Sudoku and reading the NYT cover-to-cover when I have idle time!
