  9. G'wan Iam, we like the likes :) MQ says we get 100 per day, good times!! Action, seriously I still believe you have issues that you ran out of likes for 100 likes lol.
  10. Hey Iam, sometimes you just "know" this is the one, not loves young dream lol, but "the" quit. I get a real good feeling from you!! Keep learning, keep taking one step at a time and I believe you got this. x
  11. I still remember my first ever time posting on a forum, I bitched about living with smokers, I was told to suck it up lol. 2nd time I posted, I was proper stunned I wasn't smoking. I mean I'd set the quit date and all, but I'd done that a million times before and still cheated a bit... not this time!! Of course I set my course but I want to say a massive thank you to you all, I have felt stronger every step of this journey because you are beside me, genuinely you make me stronger and I truly appreciate it. Hugs, (action) (el bandito) special thanks, for whatever reason things you said made a difference on day minus 1 for me, maybe a fist bump instead Stu lol! Sometimes it's just a word or your thoughts, I will pay it forward in honour of everyone here. But I'm accidently a little mouthy so if I upset you tell me and I will apologise, my intention is kind! I am so proud of myself though, I find I'm stronger everywhere. I stand here today making changes all round my life because I deserve the best and I will offer that to those around me. xx

  21. Hi Caroljo, brilliant decision to switch off cigs. I tried an e cig and found it didn't work out for me but if it works for you then I think that's much better than smoking, I'm a whatever works kinda woman! I think what feels right is right and have known a few people now do the vaping/e cig options and they've got good strong quits! Looking forward to seeing your posts. x

  23. 1.07pm fri 11th. x
  24. That's exactly how to do it. Doing things you enjoy and setting up new habits are what will stop those smoking related habits quicker! How was your breathing at the gym?? By day 5 you should have deeper breath capacity.
  25. NOPE from me. Go Soozie!! x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
