  7. nope, can't add friends (utter moron). I am Martinebaxterparsons as I couldn't figure out how to shorten or change that either :( In my defense I am brilliant at growing things and spiritual stuff lol, just pants on the computer.
  8. Go SUS!!! 3 weeks is all kinds of amazing :) Some people do it the hard way (me too lol) but it makes us want to hang on even more. That's 3 weeks you never have to repeat, how amazing is that!! Great work and massive congrats. x
  9. Hi and welcome :) Is today day 1 for you? How are you feeling, how are you quitting (cold turkey, patch, chantix etc)? x
  10. I'm sorry for you, they suck. x
  11. Woohoo, logged on... Boo hiss, problem is in the kitchen as feared. And also in tea and wine (not together you understand lol). At least I can understand it now and start playing around with my diet so thanks guys :)
  12. I am a tad lardier than I was. This would be fine if I could fit my 11 stone ass into my jeans, but alas, if they could chuckle and roll their eyes they would haha. So I started to exercise. But I must be doing the kitchen stuff wrong calorie wise cause I lose and putback on etc. So I'm going to track but don't know how to do it? Went onto my fitness pal and it says sign up with facebook or sign up with e mail - does it matter which way I do it? Sorry to be a spanner and all, but computers aren't my thing. Thanks in advance :)
  13. Thanks for this. I mean I understood it damaged lungs but I don't think I ever actually connected the blackness on our lungs was actually a tar based product (in my head smoke blackens things so I didn't consider tar as well). Just reinforces a great decision by all of us really. x
  14. Super 7!! Big up chick, brilliant quit, really inspirational. Massive congrats to you my lovely. x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
