  11. Strange peppermint is one I can take easily...have you tried it post quitting?
  12. 30's are fab. Although actually 27 was my favourite year :) Now I think each year that passes I feel better and better and strangely I've had this convo here today elsewhere :) Defo more confidence and self assured. xx

  21. Was worth a try with your Mums thinking :) Goodness though, bet you did give up watching something like that. I can't bear it when I see anything hurting kids or animals. Although strangely I'm not vegetarian because of it. great news about the juices already, that's fab!
  22. Ah a fellow spiritual soul :) I too felt like I was poisoning the body I'd been given here all of a sudden. I understand that. You need a plan sweetie, of things to do when you start to think of smoking. I jumped from foot to foot often in the early days shouting nope. Or clicked my fingers. I cleaned everything a lot too! Someone else sucked air through a straw. Have you got any plans in place? You are doing brilliant and your head is absolutely in the right place. Go gently with yourself and talk/post as often as you want to and need to. We are a 24 hour site with people from everywhere.
  23. Also how are you quitting?? If without nicotine altogether it's a great idea to get some fruit juice in and take sips. The nicotine leaving your system messes with your blood sugar levels for the 3 days it takes to leave and can make you feel tired and anxious. x
