  20. No, no ... don't leave us. There's strength in numbers lol. Besides, this mindless counting game is a great distraction while you're quitting.
  21. Hold on a minute ..... Stewbum is a guy as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong? Stewbum's first post should have been 2. (Stewbum; guys (sticks) add 1; chicks take one away is how this counting game works. Glad you're here. We ALWAYS need more sticks ) Overcome - 3 Brioski -2 Stewbum - 3 Me 4
  22. I also agree strongly that it matters that you do whatever it takes to quit & remain quit! It matters to your health, to your wallet and to achieving freedom from slavery to nicotine that controls your entire life.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
